Or you didn’t get that chance to ask a question to your optician/optometrist? You called them and they called you back when you were busy or at a time not convenient?
This is what inspired me to start ‘The Floating Optom’.
While patients were attending their routine eye exams, I would be asked questions concerning their family, friends, neighbours and colleagues about their eye health and wanted advice on how they could help them.
Also patients may be seen regularly by the eye department at the hospital and would have questions about their last visit but were not able to contact their doctor.
Quite often, patients would request to speak to me to ask something and I was not always available to call them back as soon as would have liked to..
I hope offering this service will enable your questions to be answered whether it is specific or a general enquiry.
